Welcome to Villa Valonlumo
Villa Valonlumo (A house of enchanting light) is a versatile well-being center and retreat and event venue that produces and offers services that promote mental and physical well-being, in cooperation with other local and visiting well-being entrepreneurs and service providers. It is located in Southern Finland in the municipality of Raasepori, in the village of Fiskars.
Villa Valonlumo is a place where events, which have the intention of self-exploration, are organised. Its unique rooting and present atmosphere breathe naturalness. In its construction, efforts have been made to pursue naturalness without compromising the comforts and high quality of it’s facilities. The venue lends itself especially well for working with small groups. Villa Valonlumo’s vision is to be a pioneer in the facilitation of change, both as a physical framework and as a place for content production.

This is Villa Valonlumo
The Valohuone is a great setting for performing arts, concerts, performances, multi-artistic collaborations, and mentoring and training events. The high-quality studio provides the possibility of streaming. Valohuone is also a beautiful space for organizing all kinds of smaller and more atmospheric events.
The total space of approx. 60 m2 (with the recessed studio room) can seat (e.g. at a temporary concert, with seat cushions on the floor) a max. of 30 people. For events requiring more space for each person (e.g. yoga or sound journey) approx. 12 people can be accommodated.
The space is built according to high quality standards, so that the carbon footprint of the entire building is negative. Furnishings, household appliances and numerous detailed solutions allow the space to meet even the most demanding needs. Villa Valonlumo uses geothermal energy to power floor heating throughout the entire house, as well as in the courtyard building and on the upper floor.

The main building
The building is 140 m2, with a spacious open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen area, which can be quickly changed to a variety of different uses. The house also has three 12 m2 bedrooms and a 9 m2 studio room (which opens into the common living area), a bathroom and separate rest room, and two storage/wardrobe spaces.
